Abstract:
To provide a mold set which molds a motor vehicle exterior panel, in which deterioration of panel rigidity is inhibited, while reducing manufacturing costs and labor, and to provide a manufacturing method of the motor vehicle exterior panel.SOLUTION: A mold set 10 molds a motor vehicle exterior panel and includes a punch die 1 and a holder die 2 having a flow stopper part 2B extending in at least one direction. A shape of a top surface 1A of the punch die 1 is a curved surface. The flow stopper part 2B has a protruding shape or a recessed shape and its top part corresponds with a shape of a part of the top surface 1A of the punch die 1 along the at least one direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
