Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an automobile wheel disk which enables easy hole punching work of a heat emission hole as well as rationalization of the manufacturing process.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the wheel disk 5 includes a series of processes to carry out successively a preforming process for a shoulder, a hole punching process and a bending process so that a work on the heat emission hole 9 can be done in a vertical direction of a press machine, capable of realizing simplification of a punching die structure for the heat emission hole and reduction in manufacturing cost related to the metal die and equipment maintenance cost and so on. Furthermore, the bending process after the hole punching process prevents the heat emission holes 9 from occurrence of deformation. Necessity is eliminated for an additional process for an adjusting work. Then, the manufacturing process for the wheel disk 5 can be rationalized further effectively.
