Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bar-shaped part which can prevent the breakage of a pipe while reducing a manufacturing cost of the bar-shaped part when constituting the bar-shaped part having the carbon fiber reinforced resin-made pipe, and the bar-shaped part.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bar-shaped part 22 including a pipe 10 includes: a step of winding a sheet 26 of a carbon fiber 25 and a thermoplastic resin film to an external peripheral face of a core material including a metal circular ring 16 having an external peripheral face 16A which is applied with surface-roughening processing, and laminating them; a step of fusing the thermoplastic resin film by heating the sheet 26 and the thermoplastic resin filter wound to the external peripheral face of the core material while pressurizing them; and a step of forming the pipe 10 in which ends 10A, 10B are externally fit to the external peripheral face 16A of the metal circular ring 16 by cooling the thermoplastic resin which is fused and immersed into the carbon fiber 25.
