Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a barrier film that enables production of a barrier film excellent in water vapor barrier property.SOLUTION: A method for producing a barrier film including at least a base material film layer and a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin layer. The production method includes: a dissolution step of dissolving a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin in an organic solvent to obtain a resin solution; a precipitation step of aging the resin solution, and obtaining a precipitate-containing liquid including at least partially precipitated polyvinylidene chloride-based resin; and a coating step of coating the base material film with the precipitate-containing liquid, drying the organic solvent, and thereby forming a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
