Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bearing which automates barb work, and is achieved in space saving and cost saving, and a manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bearing comprises the following processes. Firstly the method performs a process for preparing a bearing assembly which includes an inner ring roller assembly including an inner ring, rollers, and a cage for holding the rollers, and an outer ring 5 which is inserted with the inner ring roller assembly at an internal peripheral side, and in which a center axis of the inner ring roller assembly is inclined to a center axis of the outer ring 5. Then, the method performs a barb process for moving the inner ring roller assembly so that a direction of the center axis of the outer ring 5 coincides with a direction of the center axis of the inner ring while rotating at least either of the inner ring and the cage in the bearing assembly.
