Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a bearing part capable of improving dimensional change rate after long time use under high temperature environment.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a bearing part has a process for conducting hardening on a process target member constituted by high carbon chromium bearing steel, and a process for conducting tempering on the process target member to form a hardened cured layer. The hardening is conducted so that hardness of the hardened cured layer becomes 64 HRC to 68 HRC. The tempering is conducted to fulfill a relationship of -logt+1.13×10/T<17.9 wherein T is heating temperature of tempering (unit; Kelvin), and t is holding time of tempering (unit: sec.).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
