Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plurality of bearings for a pivot capable of reducing variation in occurrence of outgassing in a short time.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bearing for a pivot includes: a bearing assembly step S1 of arranging rolling bodies with intervals in a circumferential direction in an annular space between an inner ring and an outer ring arranged coaxially, and injecting grease into the annular space, thereby assembling a bearing assembly; a heating step S2 of heating an aggregation of a plurality of bearing assemblies assembled in the bearing assembly step S1, at a temperature higher than a predetermined target temperature in a vacuum state; and a cooling step S3 of cooling the aggregation heated in the heating step S2 by gas convection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
