Abstract:
To grow a cell from the inside of a biological tissue prosthetic material by easily making the cell intrude even in a microstoma.
This manufacturing method of the biological tissue prosthesis includes a step of storing liquid 1 including the cells in a vessel 2 which can be sealed tightly, a step of immersing the porous biological tissue prosthetic material 3 in the liquid, a step of sucking the inside of the vessel 2 to lower the internal pressure to a predetermined pressure, and a step of gradually increasing the pressure to an atmospheric pressure.
