Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for brass-plated wires and a manufacturing device for brass-plated wires that can reduce manufacturing cost in a way simpler than conventional ways.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method comprises: a brass-plating process 3 for performing brass-plating on a wire material; and a continuous wet wire-drawing process 6 for drawing an obtained brass-plated wire up to a predetermined diameter. The manufacturing method further comprises a lubrication film coating process 4 for forming a lubricating film with a lubricating film process liquid including organic silicon compound, after the brass-plating process 3 and before the continuous wet wire-drawing process 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
