Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush card in which a parting line caused by a slide mold is not formed on an upper surface of a flange part.SOLUTION: A brush card used for a motor with a brush is manufactured according to the following procedure. First, an upper metal mold 81 for molding an upper surface of the brush card, a lower metal mold 82 for molding a lower surface of the brush card, and a slide metal mold 83 for molding an inner surface of a blush holder are combined. Sequentially, a molten resin 240 is poured into a cavity formed by the upper metal mold, the lower metal mold, and the slide metal mold. Next, the molten resin in the cavity is hardened. After that, a molded brush card is took out by opening the upper metal mold, the lower metal mold, and the slide metal mold. The upper metal mold includes a flange upper surface molding part for molding the upper surface of the flange part. The slide metal mold is arranged above the flange upper surface molding part. Therefore, the slide metal mold is not related to the molding of the upper surface of the flange part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
