Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of effectively connecting a plurality of protective tubes in a strung shape like beads.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cable with a protective tube, includes: a step of preparing a plurality of lower tubes and a plurality of upper tubes, and the cable; a lower tube connection step of arranging the plurality of lower tubes so that each inner side is directed to a vertical upper side, fitting the fitting parts of a pair of lower tubes adjacent in a longitudinal direction from the plurality of lower tubes, and conveying the plurality of lower tubes along the longitudinal direction; a cable mounting step of mounting the cable onto each inner side of the plurality of lower tubes, and conveying the cable with the plurality of lower tubes in the longitudinal direction; and an upper tube connection step of manufacturing the cable with the protective tube by fitting the fitting parts of a pair of upper tubes adjacent in the longitudinal direction from the plurality of upper tubes and arranging the plurality of upper tubes with the plurality of lower tubes so as to surround the cable, and conveying the cable with the protective tube along the longitudinal direction. In the lower tube connection step, the fitting parts of the pair of lower tubes adjacent in the longitudinal direction are fitted in a self-alignment manner by using a step that is discontinuity changed from a higher position to a lower position in a conveying height of the plurality of lower tubes while conveying the plurality of lower tubes along the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
