To provide a manufacturing method of a car wheel which can improve the strength and the torsional accuracy of the wheel and simplify manufacturing steps by integrating a rim part with a disk part.
The manufacturing method of the car wheel comprises a step 1) of forming a bottomed cylindrical body 12 from a plate 10, a step 2) of performing the reverse drawing of the bottomed cylindrical body 12 from the direction of the bottom part, and forming a bottom flange part 16a to form a bottom flange cylindrical body 16, a step 3) of expanding the bottom flange part 16a outwardly in the radial direction to form a flange stock body 19 having a disk side flange part 19a, a step 4) of forming a disk side rim stock part 26a of the flange stock body 19, a step 5) of forming a rim opening side rim stock 26b of the flange stock body 19, and a step 6) of forming a rim flange part 38 on an end part of the disk side rim stock part 26a and an end part of the rim opening side rim stock part 26b.
