To improve productivity by avoiding problems in a caulking process in embedding a number of stud pins to a plate member by caulking.
The stud pin 1 is provided with a fit-in part 4 fitted in a mounting hole of the plate member, a flange 5 formed at one end, and a projection shaft 6 formed at the other end of the fit-in part 4. The flange 5 and the fit-in part 4 are clamped in the axial direction, so that the stud pin 1 is caulked and fixed to the plate member 2. A hollow hole 8 of the stud pin 1 and tapered plate members 8a and 12b formed in a positioning pin 12 of a receiving member 10 are fitted, so that the stud pin 1 is retained concentrically with the positioning pin 12. Thereby, the plate member can be exactly fitted in the stud pin 1.
