Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT MOLDED BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022110395
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a cement molded body in which the generation of fine cracks is suppressed.SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing a cellulose nanofiber and thermoplastic resin particles has water retentivity, has temperature dependency of viscosity, and has high viscosity and adhesiveness at an ordinary temperature, wherein the viscosity decreases to produce fluidity at a high temperature, and the viscosity increases to recover the adhesiveness when it returns to the ordinary temperature. A form 1 is adhered like a film to an inner surface in a state of having fluidity, and a dispersion liquid film 4 formed on the inner surface of the form maintains an adhered state in a state of having adhesiveness. The form having the inner surface adhered with the dispersion liquid film makes a cement composition 6 flow thereinside. The cement composition filled into the form is cured at a high temperature to produce fluidity at the dispersion liquid film at the inner surface of the form, and the dispersion liquid having fluidity produced is infiltrated into a surface part of the cement composition at the inside of the form so as to be mixed. The cement composition mixed with the dispersion liquid at the surface part is hardened and is thereafter de-molded to obtain a cement molded body mixed with the dispersion liquid at the surface part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
