To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic sheet, which achieves precise manufacture by inhibiting the stubborn deposition of slurry on a blade.
In this manufacturing method of a ceramic sheet 200, the slurry 2 is obtained by mixing at least, ceramic powder, binder and solvent and formed in a belt shape, and then, is applied to the upper surface 110 of a carrier film 11 proceeding in one side of the longitudinal direction. A molded form 20 is obtained by adjusting the thickness "d" of the slurry 2 applied to the carrier film 11, using the blade 12 with a specified space left to the upper surface 110 of the carrier film 11. Following these procedures, the molded form 20 is dried in the drying zone 14 arranged on the A side of proceeding direction of the carrier film 11 to the blade 12. The air is then blasted toward the drying zone 14 from a drying fore-chamber 13 located opposite the proceeding direction A of the carrier film 11 to the drying zone 14.
