Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a ceramic tube body on which a pore is hard to form.SOLUTION: A method for producing a ceramic tube body includes: a winding step of winding a plurality of strands 20 simultaneously around a mandrel, the strands being formed by bunching ceramic fibers, to form a base material 30; and a matrix-forming step of filling a gap part 20a in the base material 30 with a ceramic 40. Furthermore, the winding step includes a first winding step and a second winding step. In the first winding step, the strands 20 are wound in a mutually parallel direction along an axial direction of the mandrel 10; and in the second winding step, the plurality of strands 20 are wound in a mutually parallel direction along an axial direction of the mandrel 10, so that all the wound strands 20 are covered. There are at least two winding steps, whereby the gap part 20a is hard to form on the strand 20 and the gap part 20a is filled with the matrix 40. Accordingly, a hard ceramic tube body 1 can be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
