Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a civil engineering and an environmental materials which has a low cost and is capable of preventing elution of a heavy metal, particularly hexavalent chromium and also enabling incineration ash to be recycled as a resource.
The manufacturing method of the civil engineering and the environmental materials which has a low recycled cost and is capable of preventing the elution of hexavalent chromium comprises using a raw material loading the incineration ash with one or more kinds from bentonite, glass cullet, sludge, sludge incineration ash; mixing, agitating and granulating this: and burning this at a temperature of 1,100C or lower under a reduction atmosphere.
