Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a clutch drum for double clutch at a low cost and with high accuracy having a first drum part W1 opened at one side of an axial direction and a second drum part W2 opened at the other side of the axial direction. SOLUTION: A perform WF having a disc part WFb that constitutes a connecting part of the first and second drum parts and having a ring part WFc at an outer periphery of the disc is manufactured. Then the ring part WFc of the perform WF is cleaved in the axial direction, and a half part W1a' of a cloven ring part of one side of the axial direction and another half part W2a' of the other side are formed by a spinning process so as to coincide respectively with a peripheral wall part W1a and W2a of the drum part W1 and W2.
