Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a painting film having the almost same texture as an adherend (especially, painted surface) and capable of suppressing the reduction of esthetic appearance when bonded on the adherend.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a painting film comprises: a ground layer formation step of forming a ground layer 5 including cyclohexanone on one surface of a film-like base material 4 including a polyvinyl chloride based resin; a color layer formation step of forming a color layer 6 formed of a melamine resin paint, an epoxy modified melamine resin paint or a fluorocarbon resin paint by painting on the ground layer 5; a clear layer formation step of forming a clear layer 7 on the color layer 6; and a baking step of baking the color layer 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
