Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer and a method for producing the coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer using pulp as a material that can enhance water vapor barrier properties while maintaining sufficient oxygen barrier properties and to provide a gas barrier sheet and a method for producing the gas barrier sheet.SOLUTION: The method for producing a coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer comprises a step of subjecting a mixture containing pulp and a laminar inorganic compound to mechanical pulverizing treatment. The coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer is produced by the method for producing a coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer. The method for producing a gas barrier sheet comprises the steps of: applying the coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer onto at least one surface of a base material; laminating a paper material onto the surface side of the base material to which the coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer has been applied; and drying the coating liquid for forming a gas barrier layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
