Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, capable of avoiding the use of a special flammable object, such as diethylether and obtaining a cobalt complex having high catalyst activity at a high collection rate.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, cobalt salt, a glyoxime compound and boron trifluoride are reacted in the presence of an organic solvent to manufacture a cobalt complex shown by a following formula (1) (X is a hydrogen atom or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group). The organic solvent is a dialkyl ether solvent having a boiling point of 40°C or more.
