Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an assembled conductor piece, capable of reducing variation in shape after molding.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an assembled conductor piece 10 comprises a reading step S110 of reading the shape of at least a part of an end part 1F of an assembled conductor 1; a phase difference calculation step S120 of calculating a phase difference between phases at the end part 1F of the assembled conductor 1 and a pitch start position PS; an end portion cutting length calculation step S130 of calculating an end portion cutting length L1 from the end part 1F of the assembled conductor 1 to the pitch start position PS; an end portion cutting step S140 of cutting the assembled conductor 1 at a position of the end portion cutting length L1 from the end part 1F; and a molding step S200 of cutting the assembled conductor 1 at a position of a predetermined length L from the end part 1F to obtain the assembled conductor piece 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
