Abstract:
To make smoothing of a coating film thickness of a panel corner part, and improve quality of patterning.
In a film formation method of a color cathode-ray tube to sequentially perform a coating process 1, a shaking off process 2 of a coating solution and a drying process 3 while rotating the panel 22, at least one process of the shaking off process 2 and the drying process 3 is performed while changing rotating directions of the panel 22 into 2 directions of forward and reverse directions.
