Abstract:
To provide a colored head bolt causing no change in a color applied to a bolt head even if used in high temperature environment.
In the manufacturing method of the colored head bolt made of titanium, used near high temperature parts such as an engine part, a thread part of the bolt is completely embedded in a tool to expose only the bolt head on a working surface of the tool, and the bolt head is baked and colored at 200°C or higher.
