Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a column for chromatography which can uniformly form a nanowire on an inner wall of a tubule.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a column for chromatography comprises: an application step (S2) of applying a first liquid solution selected from a group consisting of zinc acetate solution, zinc nitrate solution, zinc sulfate solution, zinc chloride solution and zinc perchlorate solution to an inner wall of a tubule; a film formation step (S3) of forming a film of zinc oxide on the inner wall of the tubule by heating the tubule applied with the first liquid solution and making gas flow in the tubule; and a solution passage step (S5) of forming a nanowire of the zinc oxide on the inner wall of the tubule by making a second liquid solution selected from a group consisting of the zinc nitrate solution, zinc acetate solution, zinc sulfate solution and zinc chloride solution pass through the tubule formed with the film of the zinc oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
