Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a combination shaped member of bar-like bodies which is integrally blanked without forming a long-length bar-like body and a short-length of bar-like body separately, can form axial center parts at both end parts of the bar-like body at the same time, shortens a work time, and can be manufactured at a low manufacturing cost.
SOLUTION: This method comprises a press process in which the long-length bar-like body and a plurality of short-length bar-like bodies which are extended in the same direction leaving a predetermined distance from the bar-like body are integrally blanked from a plate body having a predetermined thickness, an axial forming process in which the both end parts of the long-length bar-like body are made round and the axial center parts are formed by a pressure die after the press process, and a mounting hole drilling process in which a hole for mounting to a paper feeding device is drilled in one end side of the long-length bar-like part after the axial center forming process.
