Abstract:
To enable stable electrospinning irrespective of the material and thickness of a base material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite material includes: a preparation step of preparing raw material liquid which contains a raw material of fibers and a base material which has a first surface and a second surface; an arrangement step of arranging the base material to make the first surface face a discharge part discharging the raw material liquid, between the discharge part and a collector electrode placed facing the discharge part; and an electrospinning step of discharging the raw material liquid from the discharge part while applying voltage between the discharge part and the collector electrode to deposit the fibers on the first surface of the base material. In the arrangement step, the base material is arranged in such a state as to be supported by a holding member, the first surface of the base material has a deposition scheduled region in which the fibers are deposited and a non-deposition region surrounding the deposition scheduled region, and the holding member holds the non-deposition region and at least a part of a region corresponding to the non-deposition region of the second surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
