To improve peel strength between fiber substrates.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite material includes steps of: bringing a first face (top face 150a) of a first substrate 150, with a first fiber substrate 152 comprising the first substrate 150 having been impregnated with a first resin 154, into contact with a second face (bottom face 160a) of a second substrate 160, with a second fiber substrate 162 comprising the second substrate 160 not having been impregnated with a resin; and impregnating the second fiber substrate 162 with a part of the first resin 154 having been impregnated in the first fiber substrate 152.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
