Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR COMPOSITE PRESSURE VESSEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002139197
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a composite pressure vessel capable of being made lightweight by thinning the thickness of a metal layer to the limit.
Nickel plating 12' is applied by electrolytic plating to the surface of a core 20 formed with aluminum, a CFRP layer 11 is formed at the prescribed thickness by filament winding on the surface of the nickel plating 12', then the core 20 is dissolved by a solvent such as a sodium hydroxide and discharged to obtain the composite pressure vessel 10 in which a thin nickel layer 12 is formed on the inner periphery of the CFRP outer layer 11.
