Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method for a composite soft magnetic material having a high strength.

In the manufacturing method for the composite soft magnetic material having the high strength, phosphoric-acid film coating iron powder forming phosphoric-acid films on the surfaces of iron powder is surface-treated by a coupling agent, and polyimide-resin powder and polytetrafluoroethylene powder are added and mixed powder is manufactured. In the manufacturing method, a mold is filled with the mixed powder and the mixed powder is compression-molded, and the heat treatment of a resin curing is carried out. In a surface treatment by the coupling agent in the manufacturing method, phosphoric-acid film coating iron powder is dipped in a solution dissolving the coupling agent to phosphoric-acid film coating iron powder: the coupling agent in a quantity as 0.002 to 0.5 mass% in water and an organic solvent or the mixture of water and the organic solvent or a coupling treating solution is atomized and agitated to phosphoric-acid film coating iron powder, and dried at a temperature: 50 to 300°C.
