To meet demands of complex shape and high strength and increase the degree of freedom of design of a sintered machine part, which is manufactured by integrating a first member made of an iron green compact and a second member made of an iron green compact, an iron sintered compact or an iron ingot material.
The first member 10 made of the iron green compact is joined to the second member 30 made of the iron green compact, the iron sintered compact or the iron ingot material by forming a concave part 31 on the second member 30 so that a convex part 12 of the first member 10 fits into the concave part 31 through interference fitting, mounting a brazing filler metal having a melting point of 900-1,100C on the concave part 31, pressing the convex part 12 into the concave part 31 so as to integrate the first member 10 and the second member 30, sintering them at a sintering holding temperature of 1,100-1,300C and joining them by diffusion joining and brazing.
