Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a compression molding of cellulose fibers capable of compressing and molding plant-derived cellulose fibers effectively without using appliance of a large scale and of performing a small-lot production even with the compression molding of a small particle.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a compression molding C of cellulose fibers is used for a fiber reinforcement composite material, in which cellulose fibers A and a thermoplastic resin B are fed into a two shafts screw extruder 1 with two screws 3, the cellulose fibers A and the thermoplastic resin B are transported and compressed toward a die 7 by a screw blade 32 engaging mutually at two screws 3 and the compressed material is discharged from a plurality of discharge holes 71 provided in the die 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
