Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of construction formwork materials made from blended used paper and thermoplastic resin, enabling nail holes and the like to be preformed; and construction formwork materials.SOLUTION: Used paper is pulverized into particles with a size of 30 μm to 70 μm. Used paper in an amount of 50 wt.%, a thermoplastic resin in an amount of 48 wt.%, and a lubricant and an antioxidant in an amount of 2 wt.% are blended. After blending, the mixture is heat-melted at 145 to 160 degrees Celsius, and pressure injected into a mold 4 under an applied pressure of 20 to 50 Kg/cm. After injection, the pressure is kept for 15 seconds to 30 seconds. Through-holes 11 for nails or wood screws to fix a formwork material to a predetermined position are preformed.
