Abstract:
To realize a producing method of acrylic rubber in which a process from a coagulation step to a baling step of acrylic rubber is continuously performed by mounting an extrusion dryer therein.SOLUTION: A polymer latex, a coagulant and water are supplied in a coagulation tank 30 and are stirred to generate water-containing crumb, and after washing in a washing tank 40, the water-containing crumb is overflowed together with the washing water from the washing tank 40 to take out, and while dewatering, is supplied to a screw type extrusion dryer 5. Then, the water-containing crumb is subjected to compression dehydrated by the screw type extrusion dryer 5, moisture is vaporized by heating and kneading, an acrylic rubber having lower than a predetermined water content is continuously extruded in a sheet, is transferred by a conveyor and cooled to a predetermined cooling temperature from a temperature at the time of extrusion, and a tip side part of the cooled sheet-like dry rubber 15 is cut in a sheet having a predetermined length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
