Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a copper strip or a copper foil having excellent strength, electric conductivity, and bendability.
An electrolytic copper strip or an electrolytic copper foil of an average crystal particle size of 0.3 μm or less is manufactured by electrolysis using a plating bath containing a plating additive. After the electrolytic copper strip or the electrolytic copper foil is subjected to cold-rolling, it is subjected to heat-treatment or is not subjected to heat-treatment.
