To provide a manufacturing method of a corrugated cardboard middle core base paper with high productivity and excellent bonding property.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a corrugated cardboard middle core base paper which includes a water-soluble polymer on front-and-back double side of a base paper of a single layer machined corrugated cardboard middle core base paper includes: a first face coating step of coating a water-soluble polymer on one face of the base paper of the corrugated cardboard middle core base paper, followed by drying; and a second face coating step of coating a water-soluble polymer on the other face of the base paper for the corrugated cardboard middle core base paper; wherein the coating method of the water-soluble polymer is a film transfer type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
