Favorably, brush polishing work is applied as the first work and shot blast work is applied as the second work. The parent material is formed of a first material A of more than one kind selected from a group made of carbide, nitride and carbide nitride of 4, 5, 6 group metals of a periodic table and indispensably with either one of titanium carbide nitride and tungsten carbide and a second material B with iron family metal as a main component.
