Abstract:
To provide a cylindrical joint capable of reducing a depreciation cost related to a mold cost or manufacturing facility cost to suppress increase of a manufacturing cost, and easily performing adjustment for misalignment, without needing a large-scale mold or large-scale manufacturing facility.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cylindrical joint performs: a first step of holding an elliptic cylinder DT with an outside jig SJ in a state of exposing a flange part scheduled region TY, and bending the flange part scheduled region TY through a flange formation position TI so that an angle formed by the flange part scheduled region TY and a standard surface KM becomes 90 degrees, while rotating the outside jig SJ; a second step of bending the flange part scheduled region TY through the flange formation position TI so that the angle formed by the flange part scheduled region TY and the standard surface KM exceeds 90 degrees; and a third step of bending the flange part scheduled region TY through the flange formation position TI so that the flange part scheduled region TY is along with the standard surface KM.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7E
