Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative article of an unburnable wood and a decorative article as well as a manufacturing method for a surface-treated article of an unburnable wood and a surface-treated article, which can suppress efflorescence of an unburnable wood and suppress deterioration in a printed image due to the efflorescence.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a surface-treated article of an unburnable wood includes: a surface-treatment liquid application step of applying surface-treatment liquid including at least water, a color material fixing agent and a surface tension adjuster to an unburnable wood made of a wood subjected to fireproofing; and a printing step of performing inkjet printing to the unburnable wood applied with the surface-treatment liquid. In the surface treatment liquid application step, volumes of the surface treatment liquid to be applied to the unburnable wood is set to be equal to or less than 50 g/m2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
