Abstract:
To provide a decorative composite board that is formed of a woody plate and is possible to be subjected to drawing processing, and to provide a manufacturing method of the decorative composite board subjected to the drawing processing.SOLUTION: A decorative composite board 100 comprises: a core material 10 containing a woody material 12; an interposed sheet 20 for covering a surface of the core material 10; a decorative plate 30 showing woodgrain on its surface, that covers the surface of the interposed sheet 20; and a first adhesive 40 for connecting the core material 10 with the interposed sheet 20, and the interposed sheet 20 with the decorative plate 30. The interposed sheet 20 comprises a thermoplastic resin. A follow-up property and high adhesiveness of the interposed sheet 20 to the core material 10 of the woody material 12 are improved by the above-described configuration, and thus three-dimensional drawing processing becomes possible for the woody material 12 as well. As a result of this, a processing of forming irregularities or a curved surface such as a metal plate, a resin plate or the like, while using the woody material 12 becomes possible, and thus application of the woody material 12 is expanded, and it is also expected to contribute to enlargement of using Japanese wood. Further, it becomes possible that an even thin woody material 12 exhibits increased strength by making the drawing processing possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
