To provide a manufacturing method of a decorative laminate, and the decorative laminate, which can make it easy to display the color and pattern of a decorative sheet pasted on the surface without change.
In a manufacturing method of a decorative laminate 1, a decorative sheet 3 is pasted to a substrate 2 having a groove 21 on a surface 20. By this manufacturing method, adhesive 4 is put on at least one of a surface 20 including the groove 21 and a pasting surface 30 of the decorative sheet 3, and a part of the decorative sheet 3 is pasted to an inner face 22 of the groove 21 by pressing a convex part 50 of a contact bonding roll 5 to the decorative sheet 3. After that, a part 51 of the contact bonding roll 5 other than the convex part 50 is pressed to the decorative sheet 3, and other parts of the decorative sheet 3 are pasted to the surface 20 other than the groove 21. With respect to the decorative laminate 1 in which the resin decorative sheet 3 is pasted to the substrate 2 having the groove 21 on the surface 20, a first part 31 of the decorative sheet 3 pasted to the inner face 22 of the groove 21 is not whitened.
