A manufacturing method of a decorative panel is characterized in that a melamine resin decorative plate is pasted on the surface of an existing decorative panel or on the surface of a decorative top plate. The melamine resin decorative plate has a structure in which a surface layer and a core material layer are laminated. The surface layer is constituted of a surface layer material composed of a surface layer base material which holds resin containing melamine resin at a first surface side being a design surface, and holds solid components of thermoplastic emulsion resin at a second surface side contacting with the core material layer. The core material layer is constituted of a core material layer material composed of a glass cloth or a prepreg using the glass cloth as a base material.
