Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a woody panel, capable of efficiently making a woody decorative panel having irregularities along one direction such as a longer direction on a surface.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: cross-sectional shape processing of processing a panel material 10 in a shape in which a cross section orthogonal to one direction becomes constant by a cutter 52 for cross-sectional shape processing, relatively movable in one direction such as a longer direction of the panel material 10; and discontinuous recess processing of forming discontinuous recesses in a longer direction on the surface of the panel material 10 by a cutter 63 for discontinuous recess processing, relatively movable in one direction of the panel material 10 and a direction of accessing to and separating from a panel material surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
