Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a decorative product capable of printing on-demand a small quantity of various designs, having high color development, and hardly spoiling feeling of a fabric.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a decorative product includes: a step of preparing a transfer film having a printed layer directly formed on a base material by using an aqueous inkjet ink which is an aqueous inkjet ink containing water, a pigment, water-soluble organic solvent components, a silicone surface active agent and resin fine particles, and containing 9 mass% or more and 27 mass% or less of at least one kind of substituted butanol selected from the group consisting of 3-methoxy-1-butanol and 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and in which the resin fine particles are fine particles of urethane resin having a glass transformation temperature of 0°C or less, and a content of the resin fine particles in the ink is 2.5 mass% or more; and a step of sticking the printed layer of the transfer film and a transferred surface of a fabric so as to transfer the printed layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
