When the coil wire is wound around the winding space formed by the wire winding die, a pressing pin 13 is projected to the winding space at a position before the coil wire in a stage where a predetermined turns of coil wire are wound around the winding space; the pressing pin 13 is moved to the deep side of the winding space to plunge the predetermined turns of coil wire from the front side of the winding space into the deep side; thereafter the coil wire is wound around the winding space while keeping the plunging state of the coil wire by the pressing pin 13 to stabilize the winding state of the deflection coil.
