Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of high quality deinked waste paper pulp capable of largely reducing manufacturing cost of deinked waste paper pulp from printed waste paper and largely reducing COD amount in drain.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of deinked waste paper pulp using printed waste paper by a plurality of processes having at least each process of (A) a disintegration process in a neutral to alkali region, (B) a bleach process for conduction a treatment in neutral region of less than pH 9.5, (C) a floatation process for conducting a treatment under a condition of pH 6.0 to 9.0 arranged at a pre-stage and/or a subsequent stage of the (B) process, (D) a washing and dehydration process arranged at a pre-stage and/or a subsequent stage of the (B) process and (E) an ink dispersion process arranged at a pre-stage and/or a subsequent stage of the (B) process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
