Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bead filter which deteriorates less in electromagnetical characteristics to be continuously manufactured through a simple process by a method wherein epoxy resin gel is defoamed and then poured between the inner peripheral surface of a through-hole provided to a core which moves rotating and the outer peripheral surface of a lead wire and dried out to bond the core and the lead together.
SOLUTION: A benzyl alcohol mixture which contains 10 to 40% of epoxy powder is stirred up with a ball mill into gel of viscosity of 30 to 100 eps and subjected to a defoaming process for 16 hours. A lead wire 10 which moves when it rotated the epoxy resin gel is poured between the inner peripheral surfaces of through-holes provided to cores 12a and 12b a core which moves rotating and the outer peripheral surface of a lead wire to form a uniform resin layer 180. Then, the resin layer 180 is dried up by heating it at a temperature of 150 to 400°C for 30 seconds to 10 minutes. By this setup, a vertical-type bead filter excellent in electromagnetical characteristics and bonding strength can be successively manufactured through a simple process.
