Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional clip in which when different foaming resin materials are supplied to a seat forming side and a side forming side and foamed in a state that the clip is engaged with an engagement part arranged in a foaming mold, the foaming materials are mixed with each other in an upper part of the clip.SOLUTION: A clip 28 is composed of: an engagement piece 30 engaged with an engagement part 34 which is arranged at a foaming mold 20 for manufacturing a foaming cushion body 10 having different hardness by foaming a plurality of foaming resin materials; and a baseboard 32 which is integrally arranged at one end of the engagement piece 30 so as to extend while intersecting with one end, and embedded into the foaming cushion body 10 at foaming and molding. When covering the foaming cushion body 10 with a seat membrane 40, a suspension piece 42 arranged at the seat membrane 40 is locked by the engagement piece 30. A partitioning plate 44 which extends to a side opposite to the engagement piece 30 from the baseboard 32 and can prevent the mixture of the plurality of foaming resin materials at foaming in the foaming mold 20, is integrally arranged at the baseboard 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
