Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dissimilar joint capable of efficiently improving the strength of a connection part.SOLUTION: A shaft part of steel revet which has a head part and the shaft part and has a shaft direction cross section having a substantially T shape is caused to penetrate a first member made of heat treatment type aluminum alloy subjected to solution treatment to attach the revet to the first member (step S1). Subsequently, the first member to which the revet is attached and a second member made of steel are superimposed to form a coupling (step S2). Then, the revet and the second member are welded and connected (step S3). Aging treatment of the coupling after welding is performed (step S4) to obtain the dissimilar joint.
