Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DISSOLVED KRAFT PULP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017179690
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively manufacturing a dissolved kraft pulp high in α-cellulose content.MEANS: There is provided a method for manufacturing a dissolved kraft pulp including a process for kraft digesting a material chip on which a pre-hydrolysis treatment conducted, a process for conducting oxygen delignification treatment on digested pulp and a process for alkali purifying the oxygen delignification treated pulp, the pulp is treated at sodium hydroxide concentration of 3 to 25 mass%, temperature of 20 to 50°C and treatment time of 10 min. to 60 min. in the alkali purifying process.SELECTED DRAWING: None
